Welcome to Shopazhub! These Terms of Use & Conditions ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the Shopazhub website (www.shopazhub.com), mobile applications, and any other services offered by Shopazhub ("Services"). Shopazhub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
3. Use of Services
3.1. Eligibility: By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3.2. Permitted Use:
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of our Services. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:

- be defamatory, libelous, unlawfully threatening, or unlawfully harassing;
- be obscene or contain child pornography;
- contain any viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful components.
3.5. Monitoring and Removal of User Content:
Shopazhub has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any User Content that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
4. Product Information and Pricing
4.1. Accuracy: We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing information. However, errors may occur. Shopazhub does not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on our Services are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

8.2. Limited License:
Shopazhub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any right to:
- resell or make any commercial use of our Services or their contents;
- collect or use any product listings, descriptions, or prices for any purpose other than your own personal use;
- make derivative uses of our Services or their contents;

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOS NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. SHOPAZHUB DOES NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SHOPAZHUB, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF SHOPAZHUB HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL SHOPAZHUB'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO SHOPAZHUB, IF ANY, IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shopazhub, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
- your use of or access to our Services;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your User Content; or
- your infringement of any third party's rights.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lagos, Nigeria.

No waiver by Shopazhub of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Shopazhub to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on our Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Shopazhub concerning the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior and contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Shopazhub.
